#1Ocean Hills Pereira Farms Uttan is a peaceful Mumbai resort hotel surrounded by greenery, with spacious villas, two pools, children’s activities and games. Its calm setting suits families and groups looking to step away from the city, while home-style meals and welcoming service add to the relaxed farm-stay atmosphere.
#2Aralia Business Hotel MIDC, Andheri, Mumbai combines a contemporary boutique-hotel setting with practical convenience for business and short leisure stays. Its location in the MIDC commercial hub places it near major business districts, convention venues and the airport, making it useful for travellers with meetings across Andheri and surrounding areas.
Rooms are described as compact but thoughtfully planned, with clean bedding, comfortable furnishings and well-kept washrooms. The Castor restaurant serves multicuisine fare through the day, from breakfast and snacks to evening dining, while the hotel’s ambience aims to balance workday efficiency with a more relaxed evening atmosphere. Service is generally positioned around a warm welcome, organised operations and professional presentation. Advance planning is sensible for busy periods, particularly when the hotel is being considered for business travel or a short city stay.
#3Edina Hillcrest offers a spacious resort setting in Mumbai, surrounded by greenery and suited to relaxed weekends with family or friends. Clean rooms, a well-kept pool, open lawn space and outdoor areas create an easygoing atmosphere for both adults and children.
The property also brings a livelier side to the stay, with poolside music, a DJ atmosphere on some evenings, simple buffet dining and space for group recreation. Service is noted for being proactive and quick to address small room issues, making the resort a practical choice for short breaks rather than a luxury escape.
#4ESKAY CLUB & RESORTS is a Mumbai resort hotel built around club-style recreation, with pools, a gym, tennis, squash, sauna facilities and swimming instruction. Security checks and poolside supervision are part of the leisure setup, while the restaurant and café-style offerings add convenience for longer visits.
Its broad activity mix makes it more suitable for members, active groups and visitors seeking facilities beyond a simple overnight stay. Room upkeep and maintenance have attracted contrasting impressions, so expectations are best centred on the range of amenities rather than a uniformly polished hotel experience.
#5Rehcruz D Retreat is a nature-oriented resort hotel in the Manori area, designed for peaceful breaks away from Mumbai’s busy pace. Accommodation ranges from wooden cottages and standard rooms to suites, dormitory spaces and a private villa, giving the property flexibility for couples, families and larger groups.
A large swimming pool, on-site dining and a calm setting support relaxed weekends and celebrations. Group stays can be particularly appealing, with villa accommodation and poolside space suited to shared time together. Food is available à la carte, and the property’s range of room types makes advance planning useful for popular dates. The overall proposition is strongest for guests seeking greenery, space and a resort-style escape rather than highly formal hotel service. Room condition and upkeep can vary, so selecting the accommodation type carefully is worthwhile.
#6Eden Garden is a Mumbai resort hotel with a peaceful, green setting and a homely atmosphere. Its villa-style accommodation, clean pool and spacious rooms make it suitable for families, friends and small groups seeking a quiet break from the city.
Warm, attentive service and good food add to the relaxed appeal, although some interiors and kitchen facilities may need closer attention.
#7Hotel Hilton Suites presents a quieter, polished stay in Mumbai, with comfortable rooms, crisp linens, city views and a setting that can feel removed from the bustle outside. Its rooms are suited to guests who value a restful base, while breakfast and tea service support practical workday routines.
The hotel is particularly relevant for business travellers and short city stays, with helpful service and comparatively generous room sizes noted among its strengths. Booking coordination has been inconsistent in some cases, so confirmed accommodation should be checked carefully before arrival.
#8Qbara – The Banquet is a Mumbai venue suited to compact gatherings, with a basement banquet hall that can comfortably accommodate around 50 to 60 people. Separate washrooms and a dedicated dining area make the layout practical for celebrations, private functions and group meals.
The strongest feature is the attentive, well-mannered service, with staff taking a patient and helpful approach to guests. The food has received mixed impressions, but the venue remains relevant when organised hospitality and an intimate event format matter more than a large luxury setting.
#9Hotel MK GRAND is a basic Mumbai hotel positioned for travellers who want a central, affordable place to stay close to everyday conveniences. Rooms are compact but can be clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi, helpful staff and luggage storage adding practical value for short visits.
Its market-area setting puts shops and local activity close by, while room service is available for guests who prefer to keep things simple. The experience can vary, particularly around staff consistency and service standards, so it is best suited to budget-conscious travellers prioritising location over resort-style facilities.
#10Edina Beach House offers a beach-facing villa-style resort stay in Mumbai, with sea views, a pool and space suited to families, office groups and larger gatherings. The setting is its clearest attraction: guests can combine a coastal atmosphere with shared meals and time outdoors.
Food can be a highlight, and the property has the potential to work well for group celebrations. However, maintenance, water arrangements, room cleanliness and several facilities have drawn concerns, including inconsistent service during larger bookings. It is therefore best approached as a scenic group property where accommodation details and event arrangements require careful attention.
#11The Hidden Village is a nature resort concept built around greenery, rustic village-style spaces and a slower pace away from Mumbai. Its simple rooms, balconies and natural water bodies encourage guests to spend time outdoors, swim and enjoy the surrounding landscape rather than focus on elaborate interiors.
The setting is well suited to family functions, group get-togethers and quiet nature breaks. Homely food, a relaxed atmosphere and room layouts that can accommodate small groups add to its appeal. Because similarly named properties exist in different locations, confirming the exact destination and accommodation before booking is especially important.
#12Hotel Blue Orchids (Marol) is a compact Mumbai hotel suited to short stays for couples, solo travellers and guests visiting nearby workplaces or interview locations. Its strengths include a friendly welcome, neat rooms in some stays, a convenient neighbourhood setting and an atmosphere that feels more personal than a large chain hotel.
Rooms can be tight, and housekeeping consistency has varied, so the property is best chosen for practical location and value rather than spacious resort facilities. Nearby dining options are useful, particularly as outside food may not be permitted within the hotel.
#13The Oberoi, Mumbai rises above Marine Drive at Nariman Point, pairing Arabian Sea and city views with spacious accommodation and a highly polished luxury setting. Large windows, elegant rooms and suites, personalized service and refined dining create an experience suited to both business travel and special occasions.
Its hospitality is especially attentive, with carefully considered service throughout the stay and added comfort for solo female travelers. Suites bring generous living areas and dedicated butler service, making the property a strong choice for travelers seeking privacy, views and a sophisticated South Mumbai retreat.
#14JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar is a polished luxury hotel near Mumbai’s international airport, making it particularly practical for business trips, stopovers and travellers resetting after a long journey. Clean, comfortable rooms combine with a well-equipped setting that includes dining, a gym, pool area and spa.
Service is generally organised and helpful, with a strong focus on making arrivals and short stays straightforward. Its proximity to the airport is the defining advantage, while the overall atmosphere remains substantial enough for a longer business stay or a brief urban retreat.
#15Royal Hometel Suites is a contemporary hotel in Dahisar, Mumbai, positioned on the western side of the city for business travellers, families and guests moving between Mumbai and Mira Road. Its rooms and suites are designed with a modern, comfortable feel, while the property offers Indian, Oriental and Continental dining, a bar and a café-lounge suited to informal meetings.
Clean rooms, attentive housekeeping and courteous front-desk service contribute to a dependable stay. An outdoor pool, business facilities and multiple dining options broaden its appeal beyond a basic overnight stop. The busy road outside brings convenient access to shops and local services, though guests seeking complete quiet may prefer an inward-facing room.

The selection spans resort-style stays near key Mumbai travel needs, including Andheri and MIDC, as well as quieter settings for weekend breaks. Some options are more practical for city access, while others suit groups seeking a change of pace. Check the route from your meeting point, home or airport before booking. A business-focused stay near your meeting area is usually the most practical choice. Options associated with Andheri and MIDC can suit work travel, while calm rooms and organised service matter for short visits with limited time between meetings.
Yes, several options are positioned for family weekends, friends’ getaways and short group stays. Compare the travel time, room arrangement and available space so the journey does not outweigh the value of the break.
Ask about room allocation, guest capacity, shared areas, arrival arrangements and any conditions for celebrations. If the group needs flexible accommodation, confirm those details in writing before paying or finalising the date.
Choose the city-access option when meetings, airport travel or short visits dominate the plan. A quieter resort is more suitable when the goal is a weekend break, relaxed room time or a group gathering with less movement around Mumbai.
